Farmer & Irwin has been selected by Whiting-Turner Construction to be the plumbing and fire sprinkler contractor for The Tradition Tower at MorseLife Health System. Located in Palm Beach County Florida the 300,000 square foot, ten story residence is scheduled to be built in two phases and is scheduled to be open in the summer of 2017.

The first phase will offer 135 one and two bedroom apartments while the second phase will add 47 additional. The tower will feature a gourmet dining room and bistro, lounge area, wellness spa and salon.

Farmer and Irwin’s design team will utilize and coordinate with Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the project. In addition Farmer and Irwin will utilize a Trimble Robotic Station to transfer the design in 3D to the job site for accurate point layout.
