All of our alarm technicians maintain certifications as Fire Alarm Systems Agents (FASA) and Burglar Alarm Systems Agents (BASA). Farmer & Irwin maintains a certification of compliance with Intertek-ETL.

Inspections

To  be in compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) chapter 72 your fire alarm system must be inspected on a regular basis. We will perform testing on all supervisory and signaling devices as required by code. All actions taken by the control panels will be documented and matched to the specific supervisory and signaling devices. Battery load testing will be completed on the battery backup system. Any failures or irregularities will be reported to you along with material and manpower solutions to correct the issues. Reports will be generated and certified for review by the regulatory authorities.

Monitoring

24/7 Central Station Monitoring of control devices via premise provided telephone lines or GSM communicator with reporting and notification. Our central station is UL and Intertek/ETL certified.
