To be in compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) chapter 72 your fire alarm system must be inspected on a regular basis. All actions taken by the control panels will be documented and matched to the specific supervisory and signaling devices. Battery load testing will be completed on the battery backup system. Any failures or irregularities will be reported to you along with material and manpower solutions to correct the issues. Reports will be generated and certified for review by the regulatory authorities.
24/7 Central Station Monitoring of control devices via premise provided telephone lines or GSM communicator with reporting and notification. Our central station is UL and Intertek/ETL certified.

Benefits of a Single Source Fire Protection & Security Provider
Reduce the number of inspections by 50%
The law requires that both the fire alarm system and the fire sprinkler system be tested from one to four times per year. If done separately by two unrelated vendors a total of 2 to 8 testing days would be required each year. By using one vendor to perform these inspections they can be combined and the number inspections could be cut in half. This will reduce the inconvenience to your staff, clients and / or residents.
Eliminate Finger Pointing
Like the age old question “What came first the chicken or the egg?” diagnosing and alarm issue can be confusing. Many times what activates and alarm condition is not clearly distinguished. Who do you call when an alarm is reported? The alarm company or the fire sprinkler company? What happens if the choice is the wrong one? Reduce service expenses by calling a single source vendor like Farmer & Irwin who will diagnose the alarm condition without finger pointing and solve the issue quickly.
Minimize Billing and Payment
Using a single source provider like Farmer & Irwin will reduce the number of invoices and payments to process.
