Farmer & Irwin's experienced Project Management teams are prepared to meet your specific goals. They take great pride in bringing in projects on time and within budget.
Our Project Managers have at their fingertips a full time staff providing support for purchasing, tools, construction equipment, staging, storage, transportation and delivery. Their years of experience allow them to provide technical support as necessary.
They also know the importance of communication and will go the extra mile to keep the project stakeholders informed throughout the project. Cooperation, Communication, Coordination and Common Sense are the four "C" rules they go by.
Field Teams
Under the supervision of a Field Superintendent Farmer & Irwin employs skilled tradesmen in partnership with the United Association. Farmer & Irwin is a signatory contractor with L.U. 630 and L.U. 719 Plumbers and Pipefitters for our HVAC and Plumbing projects. We are also a signatory contractor with L.U. 821 Sprinkler Fitters for our Fire Sprinkler projects. These affiliations provide skilled mechanics to perform work on the diverse mechanical systems we install, service, and retrofit on a daily basis. Farmer & Irwin is proud of the fact that we have used highly skilled UA tradesmen since founding the company 60 years ago.
