Farmer & Irwin operates two fabrication shops at its Riviera Beach campus. They are staffed by experienced craftsmen and are only steps away from our designers and project managers. We fabricate many job components to assure quality control, save site installation time, and to have direct control of scheduled completion dates. This control translates directly to job cost savings for our clients.
Our Fab & Duct Shops fabricate all types of piping and ductwork for custom and repetitive installations. Our certified welders and mechanics are available to our designers and field teams for custom mounting brackets, hangers, and supports. We trim fixtures in a controlled environment relieving the field teams from this task. Many of our mechanical components are uncrated, inspected, and assembled prior to being sent to the job site.
While much of our work is for scheduled projects, we have a unique capability to create and deliver specialized components to time sensitive jobs. The capability to control the material and workflow is a valuable asset to our field installation and 24/7 service teams.
